Pantaloons Femina Miss India (PFMI) 2009 Contestants Unveiled
The 20 ladies who will compete for the laurels at the Pantaloons Femina Miss India (PFMI) 2009 walked the ramp with confidence at the unveiling on Monday. The grand finale is scheduled for April 5.
The giant pillarless dome that covers the courtyard of Hotel Sahara Star came to life with a bevy of beauties who wore little cocktail dresses coloured blue, green, pink and black. Each looked to be the unattainable size zero.
Former pageant winners Simran Kaur Mundi, Sayali Bhagat, Sarah Jane Dias and Priyanka Shah arrived to support GenNext. Other than that, a host of grooming experts cheered their protegees as they walked the ramp. Among these were Marc Robinson, fashion director and contestant director of PFMI 2009, Prasad Bidappa, contestant advisor, dance expert Sandeep Soparrkar and diction expert Sabira Merchant.
